We do cover the entire procedure of recruitment, we advertise, and we do organise the journey for the selected Candidates. We rely on our Partners, when it comes to staff accommodation, journey, orientation day, explaining working conditions, and the protocol at workplace. Also account should be set, as well all the administrative duties should be done by our partners to secure legal working conditions.
We consider each and every project as well all single Partners unique. Therefore we always negotiate the conditions mutually and our Agent fee will be calculated according the circumstances.
