- For the realization of our corporate goals and for the efficiency of our Partners we offer to manage the following multiple tasks related to recruitment:
- manage accurate job analysis and job description, if required we can work together on this level
- advertising the vacant position by our media Partners
- finding adequate advertisement channels, initiating country based campaign
- screening and pre- selecting our extensive C.V. database, evaluating the received references
- testing the professional knowledge and competences – for instance IT test, language test
- we arrange, and also conduct the interviews, those will be held in English or in German languages
- if requested we organize video interviews, as well on site interviews /for instance via Skype/
- we believe in the importance of securing continuous Contact with our Partners, recruited employees.
- We do aid coordinating the journey abroad, as well offering detailed information about the living circumstances of the selected country.
- In case there is some necessary course, or exam shall be passed, we offer our facilities such as room, technical equipments. Furthermore we take responsibility about managing the procedure, once material is provided.
In light of the aforementioned facts, we assure our Partners, Clients, that once they select our HR services, they can be relaxed and contented. We will find the most adequate Labour for their needs.
